Her career includes work with large national companies and mission-driven institutions, often during periods of growth and change. She has guided leaders through acquisitions, culture shifts, and evolving workforce needs while strengthening leadership development, engagement, benefits, and the overall employee experience. Prior to joining Allegacy, Megan served in senior human resources leadership roles at large national organizations, including overseeing enterprise-wide people strategy for a leading residential mortgage lender.
