Background
Emily is a results-driven digital, marketing, and client experience leader whose career has been shaped by building brands and experiences at scale with the end user always in mind. Prior to joining Allegacy, Emily spent nearly two decades in senior marketing leadership roles at Bank of America across the Consumer Bank and Merrill, designing large-scale, member-centric growth and go-to-market strategies. Her professional path spans financial services, technology, and data-driven organizations and both B2C and B2B environments. Known for translating complex offerings into clear, human experiences, Emily has guided teams through growth, change, and modernization, launching new platforms, strengthening relationships, and creating experiences that feel personal, intuitive, and relevant. Throughout her career, she has built and led diverse, high-performing teams grounded in collaboration and shared purpose.
Why Allegacy
Emily chose Allegacy because of its belief that growth should be meaningful and personal. She was drawn to the organization’s commitment to relationships, community, and guidance rather than simply selling products. Allegacy’s mission closely aligns with her own purpose of using thoughtful digital solutions and authentic storytelling to help people live better lives and move forward with confidence.
My goal is always to create experiences that make people feel guided, not overwhelmed. When we lead with empathy and clarity, we build trust that lasts.”
