Brian’s career spans nearly every aspect of financial services, giving him a broad and practical understanding of how organizations serve members end to end. His experience includes lending, credit and risk management, commercial and retail banking, investments, and digital innovation. Since joining Allegacy in 2015, Brian has taken on progressively broader leadership roles, supporting revenue growth, strengthening risk and credit disciplines, and ultimately leading all member-facing operations that support members across North Carolina. Known for clearly communicating direction and bringing people along, Brian focuses on turning strategy into consistent, high-quality experiences.
